Of Coarse started exactly how you’d imagine: a small roaster, a lot of passion, and a cleared-out suburban garage. But extraordinary coffee deserves a professional home. We’ve moved out of the garage and into a commercial roastery in Chicago to bring you specialty beans at scale, without losing that small-batch soul.
