SINGLE-ORIGIN ORGANIC PERU CAJAMARCA: RUTAS DEL INCA

Orders for our June drop open May 24. We're roasting June 4 and shipping soon after. 

When we find a single-origin that feels right for us we need to share... this is definitely one that fits right in with our other roasts. 

It has a velvety mouthfeel and lovely notes of dulce de leche. It shows that specialty coffee can be friendly and approachable. 

These organic beans from from the Rutas del Inca cooperative of 250 farmers from 27 remote communities in the Peruvian Andes. They are dedicated to doing things right and building there community and supporting women farmers.

How our monthly drops work
We roast once a month, each month. Typically the first Monday of each month. 
Ordering opens a few weeks before the next roasting window and closes the day before roasting. 
We only roast what’s ordered.
