While we plan on focusing on blends there is always an exception that proves the rule. Plus we want to bring you great single origins when we can. 

This organic, natural-processed, coffee comes from the Shakiso region of Ethiopia. It's super vibrant, a little floral with deeper notes of toffee, stone fruit and a little berry. The natural process gives it a fruity sweetness with a crisp tart acidity.
